General Provisions

At DOWNS DESIGN SOLUTIONS, LLC, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction of our clients. If you are not fully satisfied with our services or products, we are ready to work with you to resolve any issues.

This return policy applies to all services and products provided by our company, including design services, consultations, and digital products.

Return Conditions

1. Design Services

For design services, refunds are possible within 7 days from the project start date if work has not begun or is in the initial stage. After concept approval and active work begins, refunds are not provided, but we are ready to make necessary revisions within the agreed scope of work.

2. Digital Products

Digital products (templates, graphic elements, ready-made designs) are eligible for return within 14 days from the purchase date if the product has not been downloaded or used. After download, returns are not possible due to the nature of digital goods.

3. Consultation Services

Consultation services are paid in advance and are not refundable after the consultation has been conducted. If the consultation did not take place due to our fault, we will offer a full refund or reschedule to another time.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Send a return request via email to lawlersharon@downsdesignsolutionsda.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Request Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days and contact you for clarification.
  3. Return Approval: After approval, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  4. Confirmation: You will receive an email notification upon completion of the return process.

Exceptions

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Project is completed and approved by the client
  • Digital product has been downloaded or used
  • More than 30 days have passed since payment
  • Service was provided in full according to the contract

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee high quality of all our services and products. If you discover defects or discrepancies in our work, we commit to:

  • Make necessary corrections free of charge within 30 days after project completion
  • Provide alternative solutions if corrections are not possible
  • Consider partial or full refund in exceptional cases
